Pros
Brand recognition which is also a con, since we are often known to not be competitive enough in the market.
Cons
Was good pay and solid, supportive and positive sales directors that would help you, but they were all axed and replaced by Stratasys printer sales. They know nothing about the technology agnostic parts side and are more akin to the old sales trope of sleazy car salesmen. Leadership from Israel who are career CEO's and management from Mckinney group and other consulting houses are running the show with out an iota of understanding of the product offering or additive manufacturing market. They have no idea how the company operates and are straight up chasing EPS stock prices. Huge round of layoffs in July, and the company has not stopped hemorrhaging seasoned talent to competitors. Absolutely no opportunity for growth, middle management essentially does not exist. You're either a corporate cog or Executive leadership, there is nothing in between.
