      Great culture. This company is in a dynamic and exciting technology industry. Good benefits. Great technology jobs in a rural setting. Customer focused.

      Cons

      Being in a rural area, there are few other employers in a technology field. This might reduce pay rate competition. Customers have high, sometimes completely ridiculous expectations.

      Great incentives. Gym, bonuses, college tuition for yourself and family. Family day and lots of luncheons.

      Cons

      Small town where everyone has established prior friendships from high school or church. Gossip and good ole boy system. Low pay.

      Pros

      Great company, great benefits. People are great to work with. Provide health insurance, life insureance, dental, vision, disability, 401k.

      Cons

      Nothing bad about working here. Inusrance premiums keep going up and the econmy in this area is gas and oil dependent so it fluctuates and therefore you may or may not receive cost of living increases.
