      - Really great company culture. Amazing people. - Great experience, work on a ton of different stuff. - Good pay - Laid back environment - Casual dress code -Friday lunches

      Cons

      - Feel unappreciated at times - Occasional Off hours work (happens rarely) - No RRSP matching - No Bonuses

      good people - good work that actually helps people great environment - lots of potential to work internationally if keen open honest management group, but fast paced/limited politics

      not always clear maps written to achieve urgent outcomes ... can be sink or swim - but collaborative group help each other out.
