The owner seems like a good person. Some good people work there also.
Cons
Favoritism, Nepotism, mis-management. As stated above, the owner seems like a good guy, but it feels like he turns a blind eye to how poorly the company is being managed. There are rumors that management fudges the numbers for delivery time and profit at times. Never experienced that myself, but it is spoken of among employees regularly. Office employees are treated better than the people working on the floor. Raises and promotions are reserved for those few people who are friends with management or have a certain last name.
