Salary on time, but you can fire on same day.

Cons

Very bad experience, they fire peoples on same day. I surprise when they fired 16 peoples on same day without any reasons.

Salary on time. But that's it. Expect no incentives.

Cons

HR lied to my face twice. They change policies in a matter of weeks/months for avoiding paying you your hard earned money. No feedback from employees. Managers are egotistical, disrespectful and bullying. Negative energy on the floor. Owners/HR don't care if the managers are shouting / misbehaving with employees. (Personal experience) So many more negatives.

no pros; worst company; nothing goof; firing every month, project manger, programr evryone, no respect, like a jail. worst place in gurgaon.good buliding, bad people

poor project, hiring on project basis, project time 3-4 month, then fire.no security, no family life.work 12-14 hr daily.call on sat-sun ..after that fire you. call on holidy, christmas, new yr all time. do not give time for personl life.life is hell here. very rude manager and management. hr plocies against employees.
