      Pros

      It’s a great cause and there are some very passionate members of staff.

      Cons

      The organisation lacks strategic direction. A consultant was allowed too much power within the organisation and he made decisions that weren’t appropriate. Lots of redundancies were made, some of those roles are currently being advertised again.

      Supportive employers, I was able to complete training and develop my career whilst working here. Excellent work/life balance. Friendly and inclusive culture. This is a workplace in which I felt valued.
