A payroll system built to complicate production salary to the point where employees cannot pinpoint that the company is ripping them off. Expect to be paid between $4-$9/hr.

Although management hems and haws about how black and white your pay will be, there is a level of misunderstanding that they will not address which always seems to benefit them. I have recently seen them take as much as $400 back from employees on their next check because payroll messed it up the week before. Another red flag is not only seeing a high turnover rate of estimators and transcriptionists; management has started to turnover quickly as well. Another con would be opportunities. There are none. A “promotion” is less than you make at the entry level position, with a heck of a lot more responsibility.
