The CEO is hands on. You get a chance to actually know him. Stellus cares about you! Stellus lives its values. Not just words on a wall! Very open communication. I feel valued and heard. COLA yearly 3% raise Yearly 7% raise(if you meet the requirements) Small but growing
Cons
No performance review No yearly pay raise after review 3% COLA raise is nice but the inflation rate is about that so we don’t actually See any of this money. Healthcare is expensive and is just awful
