Pros

Good pay, great group of people.

Cons

Company policy is horrendous. Lawsuits, walkouts, dividing employees and turning them on each other. I don’t want to disclose my vaccination status because they will use that information to discriminate against my coworkers. They give vaccinated employees a sticker and tell them they don’t have to adhere to the mask requirements, quarantine time or social distancing. Then require more and more from the unvaccinated employees. Actively discriminating against them to try and break their will. I double standard that should be illegal. Management walks around like police. There is occupancy restrictions everywhere. Zero team building.
