      *Forced into positions because of lack of support *Abusive management tactics *No direction as a company *Leadership cannot take action in any meaningful way *ALL OF MANAGEMENT have been promoted to the level of incompetence by staggering degrees

      Pros

      Authentic people, really care about their work, more perks than I've had at lots of other companies! Very engaged management with regular employee touch points. A lot of presence for the ERGs and opportunities for internal engagement.

      Cons

      We are always busy (though I don't personally think that's a con)
