Cons
I was made to believe that I would be hired permanently but was terminated after working 9 months in temp status, with no tangible reason of being let go. There is not much employee investment or growth opportunities, so unless you plan to get experience and move outside of this organization, I do not recommend this position for those looking to build a career.
