Pros

Working close with local communities and learning what makes local suburbs special.

Cons

The company itself does not care about people. It’s why there is such a revolving door of people. They hardly pay at all, especially overtime. They focus more on advertising than they do the actual people that make the news stories. They frown when you want to take vacation. They are not understanding or respectful of employees or of any situation. They treat you like you are not important.

Pros

Base salary plus commission (good luck hitting your goal)

I don't know where to start, everything about this company is completely unorganized. They don't give you the tools to succeed when needing help, and management under Kay Carter will belittle you for not hitting her unattainable sales numbers unless you are one of her favorites. There is no HR Department to reach out too when issues come about, so its always your word against theirs. This company severely micromanages their employees and expects multiple check ins a day, followed by another report at the end of the day with the exact same info, pretty much making it impossible to develop meaningful relationships with clients. Save your time and move on to the next possible opportunity.

Poor training/Management In 5 weeks, designated territory was changed 3 times, making it impossible to get a foot in the door in any community. As well as rates to present to customers changing twice, confusing both staff and customer. Never provided proper tools to execute job to full potential.
