A great place for people who like having time outdoors! I've made some of my close friends at work, and it's a pleasure to collaborate with them. Working here has provided me with several capabilities and invaluable experience. Star Line provides enticing rewards and encourages me to perform better. It's the best experience for me and plenty of chances to get industry exposure.

Toxic and hostile working environment with manipulative management

I got out while I could, noticed the signs of a sinking ship early enough to beat the crowd to a new job.

Cons

To be brief: toxic and hostile working environment with manipulative management. Company doesn't care about the employees' safety & having an old-school mindset. With nearly two decades in this industry, I've never encountered such a toxic work atmosphere. It's truly disappointing for the company as a whole.
