This review reflects the UAE office only. The company's different offices are not connected at all operationally, despite sharing the same name. Some interesting facts: Salary has been delayed by 2-3 months at times. "Managing Partners" of the firm focus on multiple side businesses, and expect the firm to run on autopilot. At the same time, they draw a heavy salary and benefits, on top of the profits. To add cherry on top, support staff oftentimes are busy working on the "Managing Partners" side businesses. The worst commission contribution in the market. Extremely high turnover. Extremely stingy when it comes to expense reimbursements. Not one person who has left has anything positive to say. Almost every exit has been dramatic, with benefits for exiting employee being cut/delayed
