      No Vision for the Future

      Pros

      Good products and potential growth there. Many good people, except many are overlooked. Decent pay and bonuses. Great Engineering Manager, but other managers, not so much. Decent holidays/vacation and OT is not demanded.

      Cons

      HR is substantially lacking in the knowledge of what different roles in the company should do and also what is necessary in each department. Not a cohesive group overall and they did two large layoffs in just the four years I was there. Then when things are going well, they cannot find enough people. Corner office lacks vision for growth and expansion.

      Pros

      They tried to show appreciation for employees. The pay was decent.

      Cons

      Micromanagement of almost every department. Unskilled we're kept and hard workers let go. They wanted you to do the job of 3 people for the pay of 1 and no recognition. I started out loving it and after years of horrible management I had to separate. If you were great at your job you stayed there.
