Pros

Up until the company was purchased by a private entity, the company had a great culture. Unfortunately, things changed soon after that and the culture and focus was gone.

Cons

After it was purchased the usual layoffs started happening due to restructuring. Because there was new management during the layoffs, there was little compassion during these hard times.

Pros

Although they have solid financials with a great offering. the day went so fast I was always busy, so busy that you can miss one call back.

Cons

Basically got fired for missing to return one call. My 90 days was up and there was favoritism and gender/ disability discrimination. I didn't get a comp plan but hit my quota in fact I was the #1 rep. I got a whole $100 for those 90 days in commission. They didn't explain or deliver a comp plan
