      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at SM. There are lots of opportunities to learn and as the team isn’t huge, you get exposure to multiple parts of the business. There are talented and passionate people that work there which makes it a very lovely environment and great place to go into every day!

      Cons

      It wasn’t a con for me personally and it was changing when I left but career progression isn’t always clear, which may not suit everyone.

      Pros

      - Everyone in the company is very supportive and always willing to help - Social environment - You get the opportunity to be involved in a full B2B sales cycle- lots of learning opportunities. - Very cool industry and opportunity to attend events sometimes.

      Cons

      - Working from the office 5 days a week- not much flexibility - The office is next to the building site so can be loud, and more on the run-down side. - Not many extra benefits and low salary for the market - More organisation about training and 1 to 1 training would have been beneficial. - This is more personal to me, but more transparency in the interview process about how much cold calling is done would have been beneficial- there was a lot more than I was originally told. Overall I had a nice experience working here- I would definitely recommend it if you want to be part of a cool industry and learn about sales.
