      Pros

      Great place to work! Staff is awesome! Managers make you feel like family and still friends w most the people I worked with.

      Cons

      You get a higher hourly rate so you didn't always get tips in hand. And some members (a select few) would treat staff like absolute crap. But overall I loved working here.

      Pros

      Management of the grounds crew was fantastic. Employees always knew what they needed to be doing and were properly trained to complete each task. Members were extremely friendly and always willing to talk with crew members.

      Cons

      Though it was a seasonal position, compensation was still a little low for the amount of work required. There isn't much room for promotion or a long-term career.
