      Free meals, working with teens

      Cons

      No set schedule, no clear instructions or planning, poor supervision, very little up to date training, workplace "cliques", low pay, poor orientation process (or lack thereof), abusive co-workers to children and staff, possible closure due to their lack of care.

      Enjoy working with teenagers Free meal Good job experience in mental health field

      Cons

      Poor training and oversight. Orientation covers philosophy of the company, but there is not continued, training around now to meet the direct needs of the population. Most staff only have high school diploma and no prior experience working in this job field. There are no consequences for staff who abuse their power and have poor boundaries with clients. Toxic power systems between staff/leadership/clinical team.
