As several of the other "real" reviews state - very talented people and great clients and creative work. Design strong. Strategy weak.
Cons
The one positive review is clearly written by the management. More corporate jargon. No vision. No transparency. No respect for employees. Management doesn't have any idea as to what motivates employees and keeps talent.
