Toxic environment masked by free food and drinks

Pros

Company is growing so new opportunities and roles are being created, plenty of free food and drinks available.

Cons

Inappropriate relationships within leadership and questionable ethics pertaining to business values. If your manager works 24/7, you're expected to work 24/7. Quality work and positive attitude won't advance you here unless you're willing to play the political games.

Pros

Spotlight plays a unique role for the brands they work with. It's a high touch relationship based on trust, expert counsel and deep category knowledge. This means that employees in any role will be building close relationships with the client's C-suite to help advise and influence their perspective on Analyst Relations. This translates to great learning opportunities for younger employees and an immediate opportunity to lead for more senior professionals. The company events and benefits are at parody or better with the best companies out there. This is a company that always ensures there are opportunities and outlets to build relationships with the team and just have fun.

Cons

You are focused on a very specific category so some elements of the work can become repetitive. However, this is usually the case in any highly specialized role.
