Pros

Inclusive environment with approachable colleagues. Good learning opportunities — a lot to explore across domains. Direct communication with anyone in the company, including senior management. Flexibility in product development with full ownership of responsibilities. Supportive team atmosphere, where collaboration is encouraged.

Cons

No proper structure or defined processes for teams and roles, making work inefficient. Salary delays, PF and dues not cleared — with no clear timeline given. Management gives attention to projects, but avoids accountability on employee issues like pay. Promises often not met; employees risk being unfairly blamed if they raise concerns. Inputs from teams are rarely valued — management demands “quality” but creates conditions that prevent it. Even after 10+ years, no proper operating processes have been established. Heavy spending on marketing/sales while product development remains incomplete. High wastage in code; frequent rework due to lack of proper review or approvals across mechanical, electrical, and software design. Too much time spent onsite for product development that should have been streamlined internally. Hardware reserved for internal testing, R&D, or in-house setups is often diverted for projects, stalling core development. No employee insurance, no ID cards, and no formal policies supporting staff. No appraisals; hardware teams lacked proper tools to perform. Workers who contribute the most are undervalued. While directors share only positive narratives, any negative realities are communicated by HR or employees, making management appear detached from problems. Salary delays force employees to borrow money; instead of addressing the root issue, management questions employees’ personal choices. Overtime is unaccounted and unpaid. Ex-employees have mentioned waiting months for relieving letters and full & final settlements. In my own case, even after 2 days of exit, I haven’t received relieving documents or FNF as promised.
