Pros

Supportive coworkers, steady shifts, and a fun, energetic atmosphere. Great place to build customer service skills and learn how to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Cons

Can get extremely busy during peak hours with occasional short staffing, which makes it hard to keep up. Some communication between departments could be improved. Management sometimes plays favourites, which can make scheduling and task distribution feel unfair. Certain employees receive more opportunities and support than others, even when performance is similar.

Nothing in particular, they are the worst

Cons

Have to work like donkeys and get paid minimum wage, no tips they take all the tips and tip pooling with every department which includes front desk, lane attendants, managers runners, they split the tips equally and end of the week you get 70$ for the whole week. But you will be doing all the work to.get those tips.
