7ySpinGo is a startup, which means we work hard and offer complete autonomy in any role. We encourage employees to problem solve and own projects, when possible. We have an open door policy, and offer candid feedback, in an effort to help anyone who struggles. We try our best to promote from within, and we are proud of our leaders. They work very hard and have earned their positions, and the accolades that come with them. We dream big and have big goals, and that is what drives us. Ultimately, the startup space isn't for everyone, and we wish all former employees well on the future career path.
