Pros

This is not even worth a 1 Rating. Look for the cons below

Cons

- Every morning you will get to experience in one of the direction yelling and traumatizing the employees - You are not allowed any leave. If you are to leave early in case of some emergency, you might get called back to work - Poor sanitation environment – No proper toilet. You literally have to hold your bladder sometimes - No air conditioning. Some people relish the sweatfest - How your day will be depends on the mood of the owner - Flexible working hours means you might end up working till 12 at night and even on Saturday and Sunday - You might feel complete useless because of the bad behaviour of the management (so called) towards you - The management does nothing but merely exploits their employees - You don’t get any salary slips - The scars you incurred will stay with you for good. You will even get nightmares even after you have long left. I might even say this is real life Mean Girl. There are more than one Regina George here - This is very sad to know that the world of entertainment is so shallow where gratification of all sorts is a common occurrence here Advice to Employees- 1) Don't join even if you are jobless. 2) Still if you want to try your luck, ask for offer letter, appointment letter and read it well before joining. 3) Ask for you "job role and responsibilities document" - so that you don't get pressured under work of 4-5 employees within few days. 4) If ever you join and decide to resign - "Don't serve notice period" 5) Best - Follow advice no 1
