there wasn't much but few good people

The company wasn’t very stable, and the working environment and overall work style didn’t feel friendly or supportive. The salary was also quite low compared to the responsibilities.

- Salary was good while it lasted - Peers were very nice and hard-working - Beautiful office space

Cons

- Creating slides for internal meetings was more important than working on projects to generate leads - Middle management was ineffective, often wasting their own time while distracting top performers - Unrealistic deadlines led to staff burnout - 70% of team laid off in a mass meeting with zero consultation, no salary paid in August, nor were we given any redundancy pay. Yet they claimed to "value and care for our people."
