Great place to learn a lot in your first 6 months out of college. Never a boring minute

CEO likes to tell everyone they are replaceable and that he doesn't need the company but his employees do. He is very harsh and cruel. He will call you an idiot in a meeting and comes down very hard even when you are doing a great job. The CEO also likes to quote FDA CFR but never gets it right and cannot show you where the regulations are. The work load is very heavy and if salaried expect to be expected to work overtime quite often. This is a small company so you will have to wear many hats if you stay there over 6 months to a year. The work environment is very toxic and anxiety inducing. You never know what mood the owner will be in when he walks in.
