      -Offer a wage that in my honest opinion is way above competitive -Smaller company which creates an environment where co-workers are extra close and work really well together -the 4-10 hour day schedule is very appreciated

      Cons

      after only 60 days of being employed, I can honestly say I have no bad reviews for this company
