Pros
Unfortunately, ABA therapy is limited to a few options in the upstate SC. The pay is comparable to other therapy places.
Cons
Unfortunately, my experience with this company was marked by inconsistent policy enforcement and lack of transparency. Policies seemed to be created or enforced selectively, depending on the person involved, rather than applied fairly across the board.

The environment is what you make of it. If you are collaborative, others around you will be collaborative. You get out what you put in.
Cons
Working hours can be pretty long.
