Pros

Spectrm created an environment to help me to grow into the role I wanted. The founders & upper management genuinely care about your personal growth and support when needed. Whats more, the other colleagues are amazing and a pleasure to work with. Flexible working arrangments + Fully remote company!

Cons

Communication is sometimes unclear leading to confusion among colleagues.

Pros

Great team with amazing colleagues, everyone is very welcoming, and full of knowledge to share. It's a place, where your thoughts are heard and a big level of autonomy is given with a lot of trust. The initiatives are welcomed and the company cares about your growth within it. Despite it being remote, there are certain initiatives to bring the team closer together during quarterly plannings, when the team gets together in Berlin for a week.

Cons

Nothing that a start up wouldn't have
