Cons
Spectrio is backed by a venture capital firm and is solely focused on growth at the expense of their employees. The companies main goal is to grow via acquisitions but they are not a competent employer and if you're company is acquired by Spectrio you will be left thoroughly frustrated by the lack of communication, answers from management, or even HR. Spectrio is not honest with the teams they acquire. Upper management has no problem telling you one thing while actively pursuing something else. There is absolutely no transparency from management and they will lie to you and drag you along as long as it suits their goal.
