Not enough face time with colleagues. No events, kickoff etc. Can sometime feel very remote.

Nothing really memorable. They do emphasize work-life balance
Cons
The team's engineering and executive team is based in Sweden, and it is very hard to work with them when you're in any of the branch offices. This isn't due to any technology barrier, but rather the interference of many of the execs with the engineering process
