Pros
The Spark44 Toronto office is an incredible place to work. I have been with the company for several years (almost 4) and I am excited to come to work every day. There are always new and exciting projects to work on and everyone in the office is eager to help each other out. It is a very collaborative environment and everyones' ideas are welcomed and celebrated. Each employee in the office has the opportunity to advance their education and career through additional training programs offered by the company - such as online courses through local Universities or 1 day workshops. Lunch and learns are also frequently hosted by employee volunteers and cover a range of interesting topics that Spark44 employees are passionate about. Senior management does an exceptional job of ensuring all team members feel supported in their role and they reward/celebrate everyones achievements and successes both at work and outside of work.
