If you are here to work, you will work. Salaries are deposited on time and are rarely delayed unless there are valid reasons. One of the reliable security companies in the UAE since you guarantee getting paid not like others. A variety of good locations. Salaries are high compared to other jobs where you can do a much easier job but get paid much less. Accommodation is covered.

Cons

12 hours shift + commute If you have a day off or 2 days depending on location they will keep calling you you to attend events. Events are paid but not always correctly or equally. There's a chance that you might get 1 days off per month or 2 depending on how you coordinate with operations. Operations are strict treating guards as soldiers in the army, however its stable for someone looking for stability permanently or until he figures out what to do next.
