      Fun summer job but management disconnect and few growth opportunities

      Pros

      Great summer job for university students, you get to work with a lot of people your age and from everywhere. It's also nice to rotate to different job stations every hour.

      Cons

      Management has some issues, there's a serious disconnect between upper management and their understanding of what on-the-ground employees experience. Not many opportunities for upwards mobility.

      Management is racist they mass fired their black staff heard stories of people locked in closets by managers that don't like them and let people steal or use slurs if they are friends with the boss
