However I did not “show dedication” to my role due to not going in on my own, unpaid time. I was not trained on their protocols and consistently asked for them and was told they were in the process of being re-written. I asked questions on payroll/ tips and was told I would be showed later and never was. I often only got 1-2 appointments a day.
