Pros

When I joined the company, there has been amazing growth and a lot of opportunities available for anyone. Perks were also amazing including small things like free lunches and breakfast, mental health wellness, massages, etc. Although with a lot of recent changes everything just went downhill from that, now barely anything is left and very few people are left.

Cons

A lot of upper management and executives were removed, poor decisions being made, spending money on unnecessary development, unable to pivot and execute during critical times that pretty much brought them to where they are now.

When they were a smaller start up they were a great company to work for with lots of growth opportunities and great leaders.

Cons

Once Solo had investors and a board to answer to the started laying off all their senior employees and replacing them with people who know very little about the software and services.
