Pros
+ Company provides link between proprietal sw developing in other companies and local developers. You do simillar job but without corporate bullsit + If you look for something new you do not have to leave company, just switch projekt and join another team + good training background, HW, really good social atmosfere, friendly people, relax zones, etc. + a lot of job offers are opened for pure juniors
Cons
- just like in all smaller companies: you have to handle more agenda
