There is none after its move to baner location

Cons

- no benefit for employee - management and manager doesn't care about employee - using old .net technologies and not upgrading - don't give variable and appraisal on time - in COVID time they deduct the salary and increase the work hours - you have to work 24x7 - salary is not as per Market standard, it is very low

You will never get career growth. Low salary. No work-life balance. You need to work on Sundays as well. No leaves. You can expect calls at midnight and ask for updates.
