Pros

Exposure to a real-world enterprise Warehouse Management System (WMS). Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Builds a strong foundation for transitioning into QA, Software Development, or DevOps roles.

Cons

One challenge I experienced was that career progression didn't always feel aligned with experience, technical contributions, or performance. I value working in an environment where growth and leadership opportunities are based on skills, learning, and demonstrated results. That's one of the reasons I'm looking for a new opportunity.
