      Supportive management that prioritizes continuous development and up-skilling with the resources available. Great teams that offer support and guidance. Overall, a good environment to surround yourself with.

      Cons

      Depending on the time of year, workload can be demanding and extra effort is required but I guess that goes for any job.

      This is a great team to work with. Everyone can either help you or point you in the right direction if they do not know how to answer your question. They have a culture of growth and learning at the firm. They also implement systems to make the workflow much easier for everyone.
