Pros

I ran events for SnapEDA, including our CES presence. Getting to travel internationally was exciting and we had a great reception to our offering from engineers.

Cons

There isn’t much training so you really need to think on your feet.

The future of hardware design

Pros

One of the most fulfilling aspects of working at SnapEDA is the ability to make a significant impact in the hardware design industry. I can confidently say that this company is pushing the boundaries of hardware design. They're aiming to revolutionize the industry in a way no one has ever seen before. The level of commitment and passion that goes into everything we do is truly admirable. The company values every team member's contribution and encourages out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex problems. Our open and collaborative culture allows for constant learning and growth, making it an excellent place for individuals who are driven to make a difference.

Cons

Working remote bring more flexibility, but it sometimes feels like you're on the 'outside' no matter how engaged you are. I know the company has setup some smaller offices in different cities in the past as a hybrid model, and I hope they can revive that.

None, they made all false promises

Cons

A very bad experience! I was treated terribly by the CEO which was my boss, everyone hated her and she treated everyone terribly. The CEO thinks she knows everything and does not trust anyone.
