Average salary. Hybrid schedule is good as it keeps the company market competitive, and allows me to go to the gym during the day. Decent place to get hired and get your starter experience in the field.

Cons

Senior officer demonstrates high favoritism to the old crew that has been there. New employee suggestions to improve processes and efficiencies are shot down right away. You have to be "in" the club to get anything taken seriously. Work environment is so so.

Stop talking, actually listen, you aren't right all the time or even most of the time. Let that sink in and then think about some of your decisions with the women of the company or anyone who has challenged you. There is no accountability with the exec team or leadership team

This post is baseless. It is one of many “anonymous” posts by an individual who was terminated from the company over two years ago and has since tried to harm SmartPath. A Court already ordered the employee to cease disparaging and defaming SmartPath, but the employee has ignored the Court’s order and continues to make false posts.
