Too many too list. Over stressed, over worked, under paid and no accounting support They claim to offer flexible and competitive time off but in reality you will work 50+ hours each week for a non-competitive salary and spend your non-working hours stressed. My suggestion to prospective employees - run
Being able to work from home is great. The ability to manage your own time and work is a plus. The benefits are very good.
Cons
The company seems to have lost its focus. They were once focused on providing excellent service and maintaining a positive work environment for their employees. Now their sole focus is on profits. No care or concern is given to employee retention which has lead to a revolving door where almost all senior employees have left. There is absolutely no morale left.
No work life balance; no support from management team; too much admin and documentation work; difficult to take long vacations ; too mean to old employees; I have seen lots of valuable old employees left the company with no good reason. That should be a red flag to the management team but they seem to ignore. All they care is profit now. This company used to be a great place to work but not anymore.
