Pros
+ When I joined Slite I really enjoyed that the number of meetings decreased dramatically and I had much more time to focus on important work +Even if working asynchronously is a predominant style, we still have plenty of social events (in-person and online) when possible +Challenging work - you always push the boundaries and cannot get away with average work. This is something great for those that like to learn and challenge themselves. +People are very friendly, happy to help and supportive overall
Cons
Fully remote work might be challenging to some folks, especially more junior that need more support on the day-to-day. I think at Slite they get that support as much as possible but overall it requires great self-discipline, planning, ownership, and over-communicating skills.

A great new product being used by thousands of customers; building the future of work. Caring, friendly and highly skilled team. Remote working with frequent meetups in real life.
Cons
I've worked remotely for years, it's a great way to work but it can be tough for some people and you need to work hard at it.
