Pros

Diversified culture - The culture & the people. Generally they all nice and helpful. Business expansion - Sleek is also growing at a massive rate, so business stability is assured.

Cons

Not a Manager yet? Aww. - If you are a manager and above, this is the place for you. But if you are not, what does overtime, being mentally and physically burnt out even mean right. It's true that Managers are there to manage the team, but what if the manager themselves are clueless? Camp out in office. It's great. - On your employment agreement it officially states 9-6, but its better to bring along a tent over to the office as you'll probably never leaving the office on time. Micromanaging is their second language - If you are like having heads popping up over your shoulders from time to time, look no further. You can even share with the management on what you had for breakfast and life stories too since they are so keen to check up on you constantly. Join us, we're family here. - I'd rather disown you than to call you my family. What's Microsoft office? - Got a new platform or software in mind? Great, rest assured it would rest comfortably on the management's table till the end of time. FYI, Microsoft office is not a default software. You'll get to use it, only if your department really needs it. I call them the Chosen Ones. If not, we were told to use google sheets/slides. Then how are we going to complete our reports if Google is down, use foolscap paper? Pinky promises - There's stories where promises has been made to employees, be it securing a salary increment, promotion, training and even promising the heaven and sky itself. But it was never fulfilled. But hey Sleek, you do you. Salary - You need to understand that your base salary is not your true amount. On your employment agreement they will state your Base salary and bonus. But that stated bonus is initially taken from your true base pay. Eg, basic is 1000, bonus is 500. That 500 is supposed to included in your base pay right from the start. Thus your base pay should've been 1500. They yanked it out and will instead inform you that you would need to hit your KPIs in order for you to receive that 500. Sleek, your Business studies university lecturers would be so proud. Get your Piggy-banks ready - HR and Finance sure enjoy playing Spin the "Hmm when should we payout bonus this time" Wheel. So if you get upmost satisfaction of receiving late payments, send in your CVs now. I choose you - Enjoy live boot-licking action and biasness during work.
