Pros

None for real. They promise a lot but none of them came true

Cons

They would suddenly kick you out just saying you didnt meet their expectiations. If you ask more details about it they would just refuse to tell you.

Pros

Leave was good Location was good

Cons

Everything else. Pay is low. Worst support from team for new employees. Took me two years to emotionally recover from my stint there. I regret ever working there. They also do not embrace black colleagues. Very stereotypical of the old white man place and I certainly did not feel welcome there. Racism in the work place in a subtle way.

Sionic is a global organisation, and we are extremely proud to employ our people in locations across the world. Our workforce is diverse and comprises people from a wide range of differing nationalities, backgrounds, cultures, races, and religions which brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our business and to our clients. This allows us to approach problems from varying perspectives and present unique solutions; we invest tirelessly in representing all of our employees fairly and equally. We stand against ALL forms of harassment, discrimination, and bullying, and we live this every day by taking a zero-tolerance approach to any related behaviour. This approach is supported by robust, formal procedures which allow us to take appropriate and swift action if a case should arise. We promote diversity and inclusion from the moment we begin advertising a position, and this follows all the way through to an individual joining our company and for the duration of their career. Your comments are indicative of a culture that we strongly oppose. We believe that everyone should feel safe and respected at work and we wish to nurture an inclusive environment. We encourage any employee who experiences harassment or bullying in the workplace to speak to their line manager under the reassurance that any information is treated confidentially and shared only with the People (HR) Team. Appropriate action will be taken in accordance with company policy and the law. As a demonstration of our commitment to employee wellbeing, we provide private healthcare and other benefits which allow our people to access treatment and support for a range of both physical and mental health conditions (in locations where is this is possible). We also conduct regular compensation reviews to ensure alignment with the market and offer annual performance related bonuses and other enhanced benefits in several of the locations where our employees are based. We want our people to feel valued, respected and enjoy coming to work every day and we are sorry that you did not have a positive experience during your employment with us.
