High standards in occupational health & safety and protecting the environment. It is a feel good job and something to feel proud of.

Cons

A global company that claims to place emphasis on their people, but ultimately it's not about the people or the environment... it's about the money. The management model is not aligned at all to support the people who could make the company a success.

The company stands for a good cause- electronic recycling

The management does not trust its employees at all, everybody in management position micro manages employees - The policies in place are very old and definitely not meant to benefit the hourly workers - The tuition reimbursement program meant to help out employees financially is designed in such a way not most employees would rather pay out of their own pockets - The pay rate is below average for the industry standards, vacation is only two weeks - If you are one minute late, even on a day like a snow storm they deduct 15 minutes out of your pay - There is no way of moving in the company for hourly workers
