Probably the worst recruitment agency there is. Management don't care about their team, the directors are obnoxious and full of themselves, and all the best people have left!! They've throttled their UK business and now heavily rely on the US market, which won't last long until that market hits the fan for them.
I will be handing in my notice and so are a few others at around the same time!
Evolved greatly over the years and have much better training and processes in place to help employees succeed more than they once did.
Fair KPIs and expectations set compared to competitors.
Achievable and measurable progression pathway.
Mature culture, no big egos. Current group of staff are very pleasant to work with in all offices, drama is exceptionally rare.
Top end of the NW market for comms schemes.
Good and frequent social events.
Cons
Not many I can think of, occasional dodgy hire, but this is now resolved quickly.
