1. Amazing Workspace and team. 2. Never Compromise on personal individual growth. 3. Always willing to contribute towards technological advancement. 4. Every person/developer input is taken at various steps of the development which gives us a sense of ownership and responsibility.
Cons
1. The pace of which the company is growing it's sometimes hard to meet the deadlines. 2. Team Building Activites are sometimes ignored due to tough deadlines. 3. The Requirement Specification document is sometimes not maintained properly.
